Is the written word isolated from context?
Comparisons between the attitudes of Walter J. Ong and Phonocentrism to Swiss Punk/post-modernist style and critical typographic practices within social economic and cultural contexts.
By looking at these comparisons I will attempt to form an opinion on whether the written word is isolated from the fuller context in which it concerns.
